What is Compete?
The UCC Compete program includes weightlifting, gymnastic, mono-structural and body building work designed to supplement our normal class program.
Compete is tailored to help you get the most out of your training by removing the guess work around what to do before and/or after class sessions. This means giving you constant exposure to movements that well help mold you into a well-rounded athlete.

Who is it for?
Compete is for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness and has the time and desire to do additional work outside of class.
Each week includes workouts that vary from beginner friendly accessory work to advanced gymnastic and weightlifting work.
