Our gym is located at 529 3rd Street in Union City, New Jersey. We’re a 5000 sq ft facility offering classes, open gym, 1 on 1 and small group training. Equipped with showers, lockers, changing rooms and more, we are here to provide you with end to end support on your fitness journey.

Our mission is to make uninspired training non-existent.

Our programming is done in house. We believe you should have a plan when you step into the gym - one that is aligned with your goals. We see to it that you understand the “what” and “why” behind each workout and approach your training with proper intention and purpose. Most importantly, we are here to make sure you are having fun, learning, and loving what you do.
